Short-Term Residential Rentals

This web page, administered by the city’s planning and design department, provides details about and documentation of the city’s history of regulating short-term residential rentals, both the original 2015 ordinance and 2019 amendments to the regulations.

It also provides guidance on how to register a short-term rental, including how to determine what permit process is required (annual registration or conditional use permit). Links are provided for application forms for both processes as well as additional guidance documents.

The webpage lists the current number of registered short-term rental units and provides links to a list and maps of registered units.
