Report a broken linkage-friendly communities
This report challenges the traditional age-based approach to policy and program design and advocates for a more intergenerational approach. The authors examine trends in several international contexts and describe concrete policies and programs that encourage intergenerational relations, including those related to caregiving, family leave, personal and public finances, education, housing, and employment. The report concludes with a list of eight recommendations for stakeholders.
