This functional plan discusses at length the history and methodology of the planning process, including how the plan engages with the area’s comprehensive plan (p. 11 – 22). The Action Plan includes a series of goals, objectives, actions, partners, deadlines, and metrics. Appendix B analyzes public data related to several age-friendly variables like air quality, walkability, housing assistance, isolation, and internet access. A Pre-Test and Post-Test for focus group participants are included in Appendix C and Appendix D.
