Age-Friendly Communities

The city’s zoning code regulates visitability standards for single family and attached single family homes (§25-9). The code covers wall switches and outlets, entrances, wall reinforcement, bathroom location and design, doors and hallways, and interior routes. Those who violate the code are subject to a fine.
