Age-Friendly Communities

The county’s zoning code establishes a Residential: Senior-Institutional (R-SI) District (§113.2) and a Planned Senior Community (PSC) District (§127.1) to permit age-restricted housing. The regulations set land use and design standards to meet the need of a growing population of older adults.
