The township’s municipal code establishes four mixed-use districts intended to promote compact, mixed-use development that encourages pedestrian activity and active living (Chapter 440, Part 4, Article IV). The regulation sets design standards related to form, access and circulation, parking, streetscapes, and building facades and includes illustrations.
