Green Building

This standalone policy describes a voluntary green building incentive that allocates Floor Area Ratio (FAR) density bonuses relative to Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) certification levels. It identifies Earthcraft and Energy Star as certification systems also eligible for density bonuses. The standalone policy indicates higher density bonuses for projects that obtain net zero energy certifications.
