Green Building

This standalone policy outlines the types of developments with green building features that are eligible for financial assistance. It describes the types of grants, bonds, loans, and other forms of financial assistance available based on the zoning distinction (residential, institutional, industrial, commercial, and landmark buildings). The standalone policy uses the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) and the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating, and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE) certification systems and the percentage of green roofing to determine eligibility.
