Green Building

This standalone policy adopts a series of green building requirements for public buildings. It includes appendices which outline several requirements for public buildings based on their occupancy, size, and historic designation. The standalone policy references the Earth Advantage, Living Building Challenge, and the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) certification systems.
