Green Building

The city’s municipal code provides an additional dwelling unit for planned unit developments (PUD’s) that are Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) certified. It provides this bonus for two development types: Planned Unit Development- Outlying Area (§125.69.M.6.a.2.d) and Planned Unit Development- Village (§125.69.S.6.a.2.d).
