Green Building

The city’s code of ordinances encourages new developments receive Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design- New Construction (LEED-NC) certification. It is applicable to all new commercial, office, industrial, multi-residency, or senior citizen multi-residence buildings equal to or greater than 20,000 square feet (§5-212).
