Green Building

The county’s code of ordinances provides a density bonus for buildings with Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) certification. It associates the level of density bonuses, 5-20%, with LEED certification level (Certified, Silver, Gold, and Platinum) (§119-294.c.4).
