This toolkit includes 46 chapters that address 16 core competencies related to community development. Of note are Cultural Competence and Spirituality in Community Building, comprised of Chapters 27, 28, 29 and Toolkit 9, and Organizing for Effective Advocacy, comprised of Chapters 30, 31, 32, 33, 34, 35 and Toolkit 10.
