This guide helps communities ensure that transportation infrastructure improvements benefit everyone. It was developed by community-based organizations in the Twin Cities and includes worksheets on local vision, community power, priority and connectivity, and inclusive design that can help stakeholders reflect on the impact of a project. It also includes a section on gentrification and anti-gentrification strategies.
