Social Equity

This guide lays out six steps for building racial equity and includes reflective questions and resources for each one. These include proposal, data, community engagement, analysis and strategies, implementation, and accountability and communication. It also discusses how to address barriers that racial equity advocates might face. Appendix B shares the City of Seattle Racial Equity Toolkit and Appendix C summarizes the six steps into one worksheet.
