Green Stormwater Infrastructure

This case study examines the design, development, and certification of a rain garden project in the District of Columbia. It focuses on the environmental context of the project and the collaborative approach to its design and implementation. The case study also describes the District’s Department of Energy and Environment’s (DOEE) Stormwater Retention Credits (SRC) program and the Anacostia Waterfront Trust’s RainPay program.
