Green Stormwater Infrastructure

This model bylaw provides a template to help municipalities in Vermont draft regulations that promote low-impact development (LID) and green stormwater infrastructure. It addresses pre-construction site design, erosion prevention and sediment control, standards for post-construction and previously developed sites, and post-construction soil depth and quality. The model bylaw also provides specifications on supplemental application materials and independent technical review.
