Green Stormwater Infrastructure

This model ordinance provides a template to help cities and counties in Minnesota draft stormwater management and erosion and sediment control regulations that encourage the use of green infrastructure. It provides standards for addressing runoff, strategies for different site-level features and climates, and an overview of the function, design, and implementation of green infrastructure tactics. The model ordinance also provides detailed design diagrams and relevant commentary throughout.
