Green Stormwater Infrastructure

The city’s code of ordinances promotes the use of green stormwater infrastructure in development, road, and parking design. It promotes site-level practices, including green stormwater infrastructure, to mimic natural hydrological functions (§71.001.e). It mandates a setback of six feet for off-street parking to accommodate green stormwater infrastructure (§806.035.c.2.D). The code of ordinances also requires stormwater infrastructure in all single-family residential projects (§71.085).
