Green Stormwater Infrastructure

The city’s municipal code offers incentives for low-impact development (LID) and stormwater management standards for project design. It outlines low-impact development (LID) tactics that qualify for “technical points” (§21A.85.030), which provide incentives including density bonuses, signage and recognition, and additional attached housing (§21A.85.040). The municipal code also describes the purpose, applicability, and review and appeal process of development standards for incorporating LID tactics into project design (Chapter 21B.85).
