Scenario Planning

This article describes how exploratory scenario planning can be used to create plans. It describes a framework that suggests creating robust strategies that perform well in multiple scenarios and contingent strategies that are only needed for certain scenarios. The article also highlights two recent projects that use exploratory scenario planning.
