Transit Oriented Development

This function plan is a continuation of the Town of Morrisville's 2021 Land Use plan that outlined specific transit oriented development sites that were broken into three different phases. The town is currently looking at enshrining the efforts into their Unified Development Ordinances which would establish development and design standards.
